Workshops & Experiences

Spaces to pause, reconnect, and come back to yourself.

Sometimes we don’t need more information; we need a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what truly matters.

I offer interactive workshops and experiences for women, caregivers, parents, and community groups that combine somatic practices, mindfulness, breathwork, IFS-informed tools, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

  • Reconnecting with yourself when life feels overwhelming

  • Self-compassion, boundaries, and caring for yourself without guilt

  • Understanding your emotions and the different “parts” of you

  • Simple body-based practices for stress and nervous system regulation

  • Creating more connection and calm in relationships and family life

  • Finding clarity, balance, and a greater sense of aliveness

These are welcoming, practical spaces where you can step out of the constant doing, reconnect with your body and inner wisdom, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Experiences may explore:

Each experience is adapted to the needs of the group and can be offered in English or Spanish. Looking for an experience for your community or organization? I’d love to create a space that meets your group where they are.

  • "“Working with Alejandra has been such a pleasant and enriching experience. She brings a beautiful, light energy to her work that makes it easy to feel comfortable and connected. She is genuinely devoted to sharing with others the practices and ideas that have been meaningful in her own life, and that authenticity really comes through in the way she works. I especially appreciate her feminine and inclusive approach, and her ability to introduce concepts in a way that feels simple, accessible, and easy to incorporate into everyday life.”"
