My story.

For years, I followed the voices outside of me, trying to become who I was told I should be, and somewhere along the way, I lost connection with myself.

I silenced my authentic voice and felt tired, drained, and disconnected. Then I came across Abby Wambach’s words: “You were never Little Red Riding Hood. You were always the Wolf.” In that moment, something in me awakened. I finally stopped to listen to my inner Wolf and began rebuilding my life from the inside out.

That journey led me to leave a successful corporate career and devote myself to helping other women do the same: to rediscover their truth, their courage, and their joy.

Today, I support women who long to reconnect with their true selves, gently step out of others’ expectations, and create meaningful shifts in their lives, relationships, and well-being.

My compassionate, soulful approach weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, breathwork, and grounded, practical tools that honor our inner wisdom.

My professional background.

I hold a B.S. in Business and a Master’s in Marketing, and over 15 years, I built a diverse career across multiple industries and countries. I began in Guatemala, first in banking as a Customer Service Manager, and later in consumer goods as the Regional Brand Manager for the Cereals category. In 2008, I moved to the United States with my husband and joined Microsoft as a consultant, where I spent over eight years deepening my expertise in digital marketing, social media, and web analytics. In my final role, I led a global team that provided analytics support and training to employees around the world.

My passion for coaching emerged during my leadership years, where I loved helping colleagues gain clarity, build confidence, and pursue meaningful goals. In 2022, I formalized that passion by becoming a Certified Life Coach. Then, in 2025, I completed my Internal Family Systems (IFS) training through the IFS Institute, becoming an IFS Foundations for Coaches graduate. This training allows me to support clients with even greater depth, compassion, and respect for their inner wisdom.
