My story.
I’ll start with my truth. For most of my life, I was Little Red Riding Hood. From a young age, I learned what was expected of women. I believed that to be loved and accepted, I had to act a certain way, be obedient, smile, never complain, quiet my voice, and stay safely on the traditional path. In doing so, I silenced my truth to please others and disconnected from my authentic self.
Then I came across a quote by Abby Wambach, and something inside me awakened. It was time to acknowledge and reconnect with my true self, my WOLF, and transform my life.
Embracing my WOLF has been a heart-opening journey, filled with both beautiful highs and painful lows. The first step was learning to see myself for who I truly am, not through anyone else’s lens, but my own. From there, I began unlearning the limiting beliefs that kept me small and discovering that I am enough, that everything about me matters. I’ve learned to be present, to listen to my inner voice, and to love and accept myself fully.
It’s an ongoing journey. Every day, I choose whether to listen to my WOLF or the world. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.
I became a coach because I want to support women on this same path, to help them reconnect with their voice, their power, and their truth. I want every woman to be able to say: “Enough! My voice, my dreams, my needs, everything about me matters.”
My professional background.
I hold a B.S. in Business and a Master’s Degree in Marketing, and I recently became a Life Coach.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built a diverse professional career across multiple industries and countries. I began my career in my home country of Guatemala, working in the banking industry as a Customer Service Manager for two years. I then transitioned to the consumer goods sector to pursue my passion for marketing, serving as Regional Brand Manager for the Cereals category for five years.
In 2008, I relocated to the United States with my husband and began working as a consultant for Microsoft. During my 8+ years there, I immersed myself in the digital marketing space, deepening my expertise in social media and web analytics. In my last role there, I led a team of consultants who provided web analytics support and training to Microsoft employees around the world.
It was in this leadership role that I discovered my passion for coaching, helping colleagues gain clarity, build confidence, and achieve their goals. That experience ultimately inspired me to become a Life Coach.
